This creation of this beautiful soltetie was concieved and directed by THL Caitlin of Enniskillen. A capon was roasted for the torso. A butt end a feet were crafted from bread dough. THL Ros made a chicken wire kneck and covered it with dough. I believe that the feet and the head were shaped by THL Angharad verch Daffydd. I then made the marzipan beak and painted the face. THL Caitlin and Angharad had much fun cutting and inserting the feathers.
		It was presented to the high table and then paraded around the hall, then left displayed on the carving table.
