Unfortunately, the Friday of the event weekend he threw out his back and was unable to attend. He had already completed the shopping and organizing for the feast and sent everything to the site along with his schedule and recipes. Upon request, I took over the management of the feast kitchen and attempted to execute his plans to realize the feast he had envisioned. It was delicious and well received. I was honored to be a part of it. |
| Fall Coronation - September 2005 | Planned, prepared & presented a feast for 150. The theme was selected by the incoming Queen who desired a 12th Century Norman Sicillian feast. The reasearch and recipes can be found here. |
