Sturgeon boil or turbot - Draw a turbut or a sturgeon, and clean him, & cut them in broad pieces; and boil them in water and salt enough, and serve them forth cold, a piece or two in a dish with vert sauce; and cast parsley leaves wet in vinegar on them.
